My husband and I are very pleased with the overall experience we had with Premium Roof Service. Gaston did the roof inspection and he gave us a detailed description of work to be done. He answered all of our questions professionally, skillfully and unhurriedly, Gaston informed us that the front fascia is the only one that need to be replaced because the rest of the fascia are still good. But my husband wanted to have the fascia at the back to be replaced as well. Gaston was just thinking on how to lower our expenses.. it’s so considerate of him! Gaston & Jose had an open communication with us. They are both very nice, courteous and easy to talk to. Once the existing Shingles were removed, Jose was quick to let us know that there were extra woods to be replaced & how much it costs, for our approval. The job was started on time and was finished quickly..within two days. The whole crew were great. I highly recommend Premium Root Service.

Premium Roof Svcs came highly recommended from a trusted family member who has used them a few times on his properties in the past. Their estimate wasn't the lowest of the 3 that I received but it was what I consider fair. From roof tear off day to completion was a total of 3 consecutive days which included roofing main house and 2 additional flat roofs (garage, fam rm). Their work crew were both professional and conscientious, began their work day on time and kept my property clean both during the install and at job completion. My roof looks great and I am pleased with their performance.

Premium Roof Services was able to respond within one day and provide us with confidence in the repair that we will be able to pass along to the next owner. Premium Roof Services became the only roofing contractor I will use when in 2011 they fixed a leak that 3 other roofing companies failed to fix. The original installer had gone out of business. The next time Premium did repairs to my roof, they recommended a pvc material on the flat roof of my sunroom. They said it would be much cooler than the shingles. They were right. My sunroom went from being the hottest room in my house to the coolest. I love it! Recently they came back and fixed a problem caused by another company's gutter installation *************** said it wasn't their problem). Premium took pictures and videos so that I had could show the gutter company the problem. I am so appreciative of Premium Roof Services for their honesty and courtesy over the last 11 years. I love this company! I am an older, single woman and when I find someone I can trust, I want to shout.
